Please make note of the following:

• Only patients with scheduled appointments will be permitted to enter the office.

• If you are not feeling well, please do not come to the office. Please call our office and rebook your appointment.

• Arrive on time. If you are early, please wait in your car and enter at your appointment time.

• Please wear a mask to your appointment.

• If the patient is a minor or if the patient needs physical or other assistance, one accompanying adult may come to the office with them for their appointment.

• If you are looking to purchase skin care products, please call our office and we will process your order for “curbside pick up” to reduce in office traffic.
